Dr. said I needed to add some protein to my breakfast. I have oatmeal and blueberries every morning. He suggested powdered peanut butter. If you get hungry shortly after eating oatmeal for breakfast this is a help to filling you up.
I used this to make my banana smoothies and it's so good! I've also used it in oatmeal to add some texture and flavour and it's delicious. I love the cocoa PB2 but the normal one is really good as well. Would recommend. Also it's nice to save on some calories as well.
Really good and healthy choice
I absolutely love the taste and the fact that the product is dry it makes it easier for me to handle and distribute into containers without all the mess. I use it in my smoothies convenience for a quick breakfast on the go and it keeps you full!
It mixes up really nicely, the flavor & texture are very good. I really like to mix the regular and chocolate together. I really enjoy this product.
