I love adding this to my protein smoothie in the morning and I noticed that I go to the bathroom more also... Im a VSG patient and I helps me keep regular and the taste is amazing in my smoothie! Just purchased my second one!
This powder was for something i was going to cook and I havent done that yet BUT I have been adding this to my yogurt and its fantastic and the protein stays with you! It makes my yogurt even more filling!

This is my first powdered PB. I was looking for peanut butter with no sugar; it's a bonus it has pre/probiotics. I mixed up some to my desired consistency and tried it. Super good! I then added my vegan chocolate protein powder, still good. Today I had it with an apple and peanut butter, and it was great on my stomach and even better knowing I'm not wasting a bunch of calories. I am buying a second one to keep in my office for quick snacks. Great purchase.
