Good flavor, good nutritional profile. I put two tablespoons in my oatmeal every morning.
I love this product and that I can get larger quantities than in my grocery store. This is my second time buying from this site and my first time with a problem. The company used for shipping delivered the item almost a week late and lost my package for a day. Great tasting , low calorie , significantly less fat. I add more water than recommended , making it easier to dip strawberries , bananas and also spreads well on rice crackers .
